Formed in 2017 Qaixen is a Digital Workplace Consultancy focused on doing things better. We aim to disrupt the traditional consultancy model with an approach based on our core values. Qaixen is more than a company name its meaning is based on something much more. The word Qaixen is our alternative spelling of Kaizen (pronounced /kʌɪˈzɛn/). Kaizen is a Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices, personal efficiency, etc. We aim to improve not just our own businesses but others too. Hence our slogan is built on the origins of our name – Improve, repeat.
